Please read through all of the terms of service! When commissioning us you are accepting all of the terms of service, so please know what you are agreeing too.

Allergies:

The Axel Otter workshop is in an environment with pets and lots of plants.

Age:

To commission us, you have to be the age 18 or older. If you are not 18 or older, we will take commissions through parents.

Pricing:

The pricing all depends on the patterning of your character. If you change the design of your character in the middle of our work, we have the right to deny any changes to the costume.

Payment plans:

When paying for a commission, we will not ask you to pay all at once, but instead in parts throughout the process of making your commission.

For example: commissions over $1000 will be paid in percentages of 25% throughout the process, while smaller commissions under $1000 will be paid 50% at the start and end of your commission.

Refunds:

Since all of the work here is handmade, one of a kind, artwork we do not do refunds. We advise that you check to make sure that you can afford a suit before buying, because of the fact that we do not do refunds.

Deadlines:

We can work with deadlines, but please be flexible and let the deadlines be loose (if you do wish to have any), because personal events may cause us to take longer in making the suit and we cannot guarantee that your suit is done in a certain time frame. But, we can give an estimate of when your suit will be done.

Photos:

We reserve the right to be able to take photo or videos of your suit after it is finished, and post them online.

Shipping:

After a product is shipped, we are not responsible for any damages that may happen during the shipping process.
